I like to eat Pierogies.
If you’re not familiar, Pierogies are mashed potato-filled pasta shells that are quick and full of deliciousness. Most likely, you can buy them in the freezer section of your grocery store. For years, I have boiled mine and served with sour cream, salt, and pepper (maybe cheese). When I went to the grocery store last week, one of the cashiers mentioned that she likes to deep fry them. Wow! I had never thought of that! Well, then I got curious, and started asking random people how they like to eat pierogies, and I received some really interesting responses. Turns out, there are a million different ways to prepare them, and they all sound tasty.
So, now I’m on a mission. I want to hear how YOU prepare your Pierogies, so please post! I can’t wait to hear your responses. J
